Saturday morning it was around 42 and wet. When I left to head back to NC, it was snowing above the 2600 ft level and about 31 degrees. When I got to the 3600 ft. level, it was really coming down and sticking to the grass.
Came down the mountain and got east of Asheville and it was sunny with clouds with a temp of 57. Talk about a day of extremes.
Looks like the races will get off the next two days. Lots of sun.
