Hey guys, Gollum would really appreciate you guys sending up a few prayers on his behalf. Before you ask, No it's not his health. He's just going thru a rough time right now. Thanks!

I don't mind telling everyone tha it is about my daughter Kellye that is in bootcamp. But my nerves are about shot. :(
 
Gollum, my prayers and thoughts are with you and Kelley and I am sure that goes for all of your forum friends!

I noticed you said boot camp........not basic. From that I assume it's either the Navy or the Marine Corps. And if you're nerves are shot I'm guessing it's Marines. As a former Marine, be assured she's getting the best there is!! I know a parent will not stop worrying, but she's getting every thing she needs to be safe. Cutie and I are thinking of you and Kellye. She'll be safe. And let her know there's a big bunch of of ex jarheads as proud as punch for her. :cheers:

Sorry to lead you wrong DE but I ment Basic. I have never been in the Armed Forces so everything is bootcamp to me. But she is in the Army. Sory about that.
 
Well..........the same applies for the Army!! :) Things have changed since I was in and all the services are up to the same standard as the Marines have been forever! :D And this ex jarhead is still proud as punch for her!! :cheers:

Thoughts and prayers for you too, Gollum! I'm sure that Kelley is receiving the best quality training and will be kept safe by the good Lord above. We are certainly proud of her duty and service to our great country. Please relay to her how proud we are! :salute: :waver:
