I was really hoping that you and DE were okay. After I saw the news this AM about all the flooding in the LA area! But, really glad ya'll are okay!
Tis' still a bit chilly here in the land of the 'horns. But the sun is shining!!! It should warm up to around 60* today, but we may have some more rain come Sunday. But, I will enjoy the sunshine until then!
awww thank you maj..that was real sweet....thank you.....ya we were fine.....I just was worried about him driving on the freeways in this mess, and the way people drive here, totally nuts..don't slow down..seems it rains they speed up........
but sopposed to have showers today on and off.......back yard is nasty......MUD EVERYWHERE..NASTY......HATE IT....haven't checked the back where our bedroom is, that little hill is sliding from the last time...one of these days our bedroom is gonna wind up in the bed of DE's trucks...
we are up on a hill......have to walk 44 steps to get to our house, we have a neigbor that has 77 steps to walk up to her house....not fun when it rains..
I thought I remembered you saying that you lived on a hill....44 steps?!!! I just hope that you don't slide off down the hill! Take care, and I'm sure that DE can handle those bozos driving on the freeway!

I wish we had an escalater, it is hell bringing grocerys up........
I was just watching on the news right now...a car went into the flood control basin and landed upside down........it happened at 530 this morning during all the heavy rains...........they were showing them hoist it up a bit to see if anyone was inside...no one...so they think the person or persons just swept down the channel and possibily into the ocean or hung up somewhere along the way., how awful..........
guess his car went out of control when this all happened, thats to bad......

oh no traveler, thats a lot of snow........wow........I have a niece that just moved to north caroilina with her husband and baby..(her husband is a marine and got sent there.) she has never lived a day in her life with snow....native floridan...so it should be interesting to her....
ya..I think I would hate winter too......

they just said on the news, they found the body of the guy that the car went over......he was 23 years old..........said he was probably speeding and his car hyderplaned and he lost control.........and now he is dead....to bad....to young,.
