JOLIET IL (9-9-06)—Steve Wallace joined the elite company of Frank Kimmel and Ken Schrader as the only repeat winners in the 2006 ARCA RE/MAX Series season with his victory in the SK Hand Tool 200 at Chicagoland Speedway Saturday afternoon.

Wallace crossed the checkers in his No. 61 Nu South Lemonade-Hantz Group Dodge 5.936 seconds ahead of runner-up finisher Blake Bjorklund to win his second ARCA RE/MAX Series race of 2006 and the third of his career.

Congrats Steve I always thought Rusty was a a PITA until his later years. He seems to be doing a fine job handling Steve though

I was fortunate enough to see Steven win his first stock car race a few years back at a track near here. One could see his aggressiveness even then. He's fearless now and though he's still got lots to learn, I do think that he'll be a powerhouse one of these days. Not sure he will be able to do what his dad did over his carreer, but anyone will have a hard time duplicating Rusty's carreer.
