What a great day to be alive. They are back to racing on a sunday afternoon. College football is back (and the Buckeyes look great again by the way ;) ). The NFL starts back for real next week. The air is a bit crisper and cleaner than it has been. All in all, just a great day to be alive.
 
Yes it is an awesome day 4X! Not only all those things, but my daughter is a cheerleader and today is the first football game for her. (Midget football, 6 grade boys). I won't be able to watch the race live again. But that's okay it's much better when you can FF through the commercials anyway. Have a wonderful day everyone.

Wow, I've never watched a race on tape before. How long does it take without commercials? About 45 minutes? That's about how much race it seems like they slip in between commercials ^_^
 
It goes a heck of a lot quicker without the commercials thats for sure. :lol:
 
Yep it has been a nice weekend. It has cooled off. TN. Vols won yesterday and Kevin Harvick is gonna win today. So it will be a nice Labor Day weenend. :D
 
WEll I am glad its a great day for some!
I will miss most of the race, we are going to have a cookout at my uncles pond. Gonna go fishing and all. That does nto sound bad does it! But its gonna rain!!
 
Great day here in New York. Not even 60 degrees yet. I'm going to take advantage of the cool tempatures (suppose to be in the low 70's around noon) and head up to a local drag strip and watch some bracket racing. Haven't gone there in quite some time.

Then tonight, I'll watch the NA$CAR race on tape. (So I can't come here until after that.)
 
TOP OF THE MORNING TO YA!!!! Ready for a good race today!! Here's hoping Ward a Top 5 finish, better yet a WIN!!!!!!!!!!!!

Too bad your uncle's pond isn't outside of Darlington Speedway.

Sorry to say but Jeff Gordons going to pull out of this slump and run to victory lane today.
 
Good Raceday to everyone. Seems like the common bond between all of us is that we all look foward to Sunday for one reason... Racing! Hope our drivers have a safe day and I will talk to all of you yahoo's tomorrow about all of todays action.
 
Well, It rained and rained and rained! So I got no fishing in today! WE roasted our hot dogs in the rain and ate in the gazebo with tarps wraped around it! It was intersting!
 
Sometimes, PB, it's the interesting times that you remember the longest. :)

It rained and rained here in Palestine, too. Thank goodness! Could use some more.
 
Guess what!!! ITS STILL RAINING! Has not stopped since yesterday morning.

WE needed the rain but gee not this much!
