Good riddance

Around here they're finally starting to use the word "drought" after two extremely dry Springs. Now we're going to get record triple digit temps the last three days of this week..:eek2:

They're still using the word drought around here, after one of the coldest/raniest springs after. They want us to "conserve water" as if there wasn't enough around.

I saw a list of 24 roads still closed this morning.

After the water conservation efforts here the city is having to go up on the water rates as they're not making as much money as the pre-conservation days. So if you don't conserver you're going to run out of water but if you do conserve they will charge you more for not using the water. Just goes to show you can't win.

The weather can't make up its mind here, one minute is it +20 and cloudless, and the next it's +4 and stormy!

I guess thats what I get for living on the westcoat :p

Nah - It's just as bad here in the east. As BP said, you just can't win. It's either the weather or the govt. You choose. LOL At least it gives us something to complain about other than ....... and ......... and ....... and....... nevermind. There's too many things we could complain about! ;) :D
