I recently bought a GoPro but still figuring it out.
I really like the stuff Logan Dodds (a Kiwi) has put out recently. First he went to Europe and captured that on his GoPro

Then he did one on the US West Coast

Now in collaboration with AirNZ he has put out a new one about home.

My GoPro will prolly just sit in the cupboard but these are the kind of vids I'd like to do! Lol

You can also mount it to the boat, do burnouts and spin donuts! :)

Amazing some of the things you would see. Those red light cameras must catch a lot of near miss accidents.
I could watch those "Bad Drivers of South Carolina" YouTube videos all day long. Sometimes he nitpicks, but it's entertaining stuff.

I don't think I'd catch much action with a dashcam. My only beef with the drivers around here is that a lot of them drive way too fast. I normally do five over the limit at most, but I've been tailgated/passed doing 10 over a few times, on country-style backroads with an active police presence. They're relentless. I normally just pull over for them anymore. It ain't worth it.

You need a cam on the rear sill to catch those irate tailgaters. :)

Well I see I'm gonna have to try a little harder. Lol.
Went to a nearby beach yesterday to try the GoPro but took the full underwater housing so no noise to speak of and cant use your fingers on the LCD screen....Learning already!
Tried to look at the Editing software but skipped the tutorial so I wouldn't say the program was straight forward. Learning again.
I did see that in the software there is a check box to get rid of Fish eye effect which I will do after reading the tutorial :D

Anyhow it was a beautiful day....So,.....Raw unedited footage of Muriwai beach about half hour from home. West Coast rugged
