It didn’t affect it. It’s no big deal, Kevin and I. You can’t touch Kevin Harvick because if you touch him he’s got a short fuse. He gets pretty upset. He rubbed on me because I was racing him too hard, I guess. I didn’t like it either. So I rubbed back on him and I thought we were going to all wreck. So it is what it is. That didn’t affect us in any way about where we finished today. We were going backyards at that time anyway and just weren’t getting a handle on it. We took four tires hoping that would pay off for us, but traffic was just so horrendous and track position and all that, we just couldn’t get up there.

Harvick and Stewart...

... if you get into it with Kevin or Tony, you better be willing to bring it.

Tony and Kevin are the last guys I'd slam my bumper into.

My problem with Kevin Harvick is that he believes that he's an elder in the sport and should get everything that goes along with it. He's not, he actually hasnt done a ton in the cup series.

I'm not sure how much advice i would take from him if i was a young driver, however, if it was Tony Stewart offering me advice....id be like one of the bush boys and be all ears. At least he has the wins and championships to back the advice and words up.

Mark Martin never won a championship. :idunno:

Would you not take advide from him?

Harvick is, believe it or not, a seasoned veteran. He had 5 wins in 2006, and 2 Busch Series championships, along with a lot of Busch Series wins.

I would take all the advice in the world that a driver who has one at Daytona, Indy, Bristol, Charlotte and Richmond has to offer.

id take advice from Mark Martin any day of the week....anyone that can survive in the sport as long as he has....i'll take their advice...Martin does have over 30 some odd wins though.

I dont know if its still true or not...but was at one time hold the most wins in the Busch series and i dont think he has ever ran a full year.

I remember when Mark set that record, and that is one thing I hope Kevin Harvick doesn't surpass, but he probably will.

Mark and Kevin have always been great in the Nationwide Series. Man, I remember that black #60 Winn-Dixie Ford winning all the time. :D

Mark's also raced for 2+ decades. Kevin hasn't finished 10 years. Don't you think that's an unfair comparrison.

The truth is I like Kevin because he reminds me, in a way, of Mark.

And getting one win, nevertheless 11, against guys like Jeff Gordon is an accomplishment.

i stand corrected...i went back and checked...Martin did drive a full busch season back in 87.

Dont get me wrong...i think Kevin is a good driver...but i just feel like he doesnt belongs up there in the likes of Tony Stewart, Jeff Gordon, and as much as it pains me to say it...Jimmie Johnson. He's got a long ways to go before he should get the respect that those guys do.

Harvick and Biffle are a toss-up as drivers. Neither come anywhere close in Cup to a Mark Martin, Tony Stewart, Jeff Gordon, Jimmy Johnson, or many other active drivers.

... wouldn't get any respect from me.

He's always the one to deliberately caused a big wreck.

I was hoping for a big year for Harvick after Daytona, but the team as a whole has just effed up every week. Their biggest problem right now looks like it's Todd Berrier. He's just not a good crew chief at all, nevertheless a great one.

Biffle is nothing more than a flash in the pan, much like McMurray and Vickers.

Biffle's great on the cookie cutter tracks, but no so much at the others.

I think the biff is a couple steps better than McMurray or vickers

Biffle has 12 Cup wins in 185 races.

Harvick has 11 Cup wins in 249 races.
