Great story of Tim Richmonds life

I've read that before, just an all around bad situation. I would like to believe that NASCAR would take a different stance today, but they still don't seem to want to acknowledge him, from other articles I've read that seems to be the case.
 
I remember seeing some great racing from Tim, then poof, he was gone. Nobody said anything about him. It was like he never existed.
 
It is a shame that fear and ignorance take presidence over the talent and personality of people. I would hope that this was a result of fear and ignorance. I had heard that after Tim died, Kyle Petty tried to educate people in the garage, trying to get them to make wise decisions about their sexual activities. I don't know what kind of success he had, but I don't think there has been another driver with AIDS.

He must have been a real wild man. My brother has a poster from The Winston, where Tim Richmond is exposing himself.
 
He was a little off center, but a very good driver. A sad loss indeed.:(
