Jeff Green in for Nemechek for BGN race Daytona 500 pole sitter, #30-Jeff Green has been contacted by Joe Nemechek to drive the #87 Chevy in the BGN race at Daytona today, Nemechek is suffereing from food poisoning and is headed to the hospital for an IV. No word on his status for Sunday's Daytona 500. Green will run the BGN race, he will have to go to the rear of the field before the green flag, Nemechek won the pole for the race.(FX coverage of Happy our)

That stinks for Joe Nemechek. He had a very fast car and had a very good chance of winning two in a row from the pole at Daytona. I hope he gets better soon and hopefully will make the Cup race tommorrow.
