As a Bucs fan, I'm happy for Jon.
Good gracious the Raiders overpaid him though. Check this his record after the SB was 45-51 with two playoff record of 0-2. He helped out Rich Gannon and Brad Johnson immensely for their careers and he's great with coaching QBs'. I want this to work, but I have some doubts about this deal though.
