1. Jeff Gordon

2. Matt Kenseth

3. Kurt Busch

4. Jeff Burton

5. Tony Stewart

Anybody doubt me?

I would switch Jeff Burton with Ryan Newman or Rusty Wallace though.

Jeff Gordon - starting way to far back really needs to get his s*&t together!
Matt - possibility, has momentum on his side
Kurt - again. he's been hot today could be his day
Jeff Burton - don't think so, has been improving, but......
Tony - solid pick

I would add, Bobby Labonte, he runs well here
sentimental fav - Awesome Bill
watch out for Ryan this week, if he doesn't blow a motor, he could be in victory lane.

That's my .02 worth.

I think Newman's a bigger threat than Jeff Burton today. I would also throw in Ward Burton and Ricky Craven as darkhorses. W. Burton has an avg. finish of just over 10 since the track was reconfigured, and Craven has been getting better and better here, as evidenced by last spring.

I would add in Ward and Bobby Labonte. Bobby has been doing really good. But I would also like to see Jeff Burton with a real good finish today.

What. The "greatest" driver (Dale Jr.) isn't in the picks? Shame shame shame.

Thats a good list!! I would also take Burton off and put Labonte!!

Nadeau might be a sleeper!!

Junior does run well, but I don't see him winning. ;)

Bobby Labonte runs Hotlanta very well.

Bill Elliott is very stout here.

Tony Stewart

Ryan Newman

Jerry Nadeau would be my dark horse.

Don't count DJ out either. He's starting a ways back but has an impressive record here.

Wouldn't count hardly anyone mentioned here out, Though I don't think the #24 team is ready to win yet this season. Maybe they should quit giving him JJ's hand me down cars.

One name not mentioned that I would keep an eye is Joe Nemechek. The track seems suit both that car and Joe's style.

I would get rid of Burton, Gordon and Busch. Put Elliot, Newman, and Harvick in there, Busch is still not that good on this track...good but not good enough to win....Burtons' team isn't ready for victory lane yet....... and Jeffy is still got his head up his butt with all the Brooke stuff. Elliots' team is pretty stout on this track and this is his home area after all, history indicates he will do well, i pick him for a top 3. I really think Newman is the guy to beat and that Rusty will help him get the win. B)

Doesn't take long, does it?
Well, you get the last laugh...He finished 3rd!

HB, you are only allowed to discuss Ralphie Jr in designated areas with the express written consent of his fans beforehand.

I was almost right. Jeff had a great run today, but Bobby was just too fast. Matt Kenseth was real strong too. Only Roush car to finish if I'm not mistaken.

That's a change. Usually your whining. :p
Always better to be considered a whiner by you, than a Master Baiter by everyone else! Didn't you just love it when Crusty whacked the wall on Sunday? Beef Stewy musta threatened to punch him if he made the pass :p

Do you realize how still you sound Gordon Fan? Please stop with your trolling, I'm not in the mood.

Actually, that was said by 1 member who has hidden secrets or weird thoughts. I also don't think that YOU represent EVERYBODY but maybe your diaper is wet and your a little cranky.

As for Rusty. Yeah, he hit the wall. Still had a half way decent finish. And as for Stewy. I don't bring up gay Jeff Gordon lines so you should expand your thoughts and leave the punch jokes out also. And lets not forget who's second in points and who is the current NASCAR Champion.

Sorry if I'm outta line.

LOL. Sorry, just having a little fun with my rival here. If I crossed the line, it was not my intention. I have been here long enough to see what goes on and I just figured I could do the same. It was all fun and games to bash Gordon in every other post, but when I stoop down and do the same to those posters, all of a sudden I am the bad guy...LOL. Highboy and I have never gotten personal in our posts and I don't want to. Let us have the same freedom here that you have Paul. I know it's your board, but you love contraversy, just as long as it stays within the lines st forth. If I cross them, let me know. :D

Post links to where I make comments about Gordon being gay, or Jr being a drunk or any of the other trollish things you've said and then maybe your argument will have some merit.

If you want to talk about Stewart being a no talent, over rated idiot go right ahead. You want to call Gordon the dirtiest driver in the world go ahead. But keep your sophomoric comments to yourself. The things you say around here and the things others like myself say have nothing in common at all.

I don't understand why a Top 5 list,all U need is the #1 choice(Jeff Gordon),throw out all of the other drivers & U've got it right!LOL! j/k! :D
