I just saw that on Jayski.
It said he died at Methodist Hospital? What city? Did he live in Indiana, bc Methodist is the main hospital in Indy.

Just about every major city has a Methodist Hospital......I'm guessing Charlotte because I think HB had moved to that area some years back.......He was born in Houston.
