Hope everyone has an enjoyable and safe 4th! 
I've grilled my 'dogs and 'burgers --- now we're staying inside and eating on them for the next 2 days. Too dang hot outside.

Dayum, I'm a Yankee, born and bred in the North, and thats what we're having. I've been slaving over a hot smoker all day. Should be ready in 30-45 minutes. Also been consuming many adult beverages to maintain hydration.
No fireworks at my place either.You sure your a Texan?

Me - I'm home alone since I wasn't feeling that great and it's on the chilly side and windy. Skipped the beach this year although they told me it was warmer down there and not as windy. Hmmmmm... Anyway, at least I have a race to watch.
