I remember a couple of years after Jeff went to cup Dale and Jeff went in together and bought some property across the street from the Charlotte track. Bruton wanted it but the older couple that owned it didn't like Bruton so Dale and Jeff bought it just to piss Bruton off. Don't recall ever hearing what ever happened to the property.
