Seeing that it is now the 22nd of October and indeed her real birthday, I thought that I would take this time to wish one of my favorite forum friends a most Happy Birthday.

Dee Dee, I have taken great pleasure in teasing you here on the forum for quite some time. You have been a good sport about it but I know that you know it has all been in good fun.

My job has taken me all over this beautiful country we call the U.S.A. and I have been so fortunate to have been able to meet many of my forum friends over the last 10 years. I am so glad that I was able to add you to that “met” list this year. You are indeed, a lovely and caring woman and a great mom.

Indeed you are those things, angel. And let me echo Guido's sentiments.

A truly great mom and truly warm person. I have known you---and you me---more intensely than any other on here, and I hope this birthday brings you all you can ever hope for. Even though I did make you a post, it seems mine was a bit early..but then I have always been either a step ahead or behind in most things!

So from myself, who you once professed love for..you have all my best wishes and hope for the future.

Expect a small surprise from me tomorrow as well. Although I don't know any race car drivers, I still did manage to scrape you up a small token. :wub: :p

being a woman i can tell you exactly why. it was done to hurt 97's feelings by getting this guy to post it. like duh.

Kinda tacky. and shes probably married anyhow.

I do thank Guido for the post. It was great meeting you this year Guido and I hope we have a chance to get together again soon. The birthday call from Kenny was wonderful. :)

I also want to thank all my forum friends that responded. I appreciate it everyone.

Bow...this is the first year I am 25 dear, just as next year will be. ;) :p You know not to ask ladies about there age. :rolleyes:

I so rarely post in this forum any more and this is just another reason why. This display of ignorance on the part of several people is what has given this forum a bad name in the past.

I created this one thread because TODAY (and not two or three days ago) is indeed Dee's birthday and since she is a good friend, I wanted to do something to make her smile.

But I see where some folks are here only to hurt and to stir up bad feelings about others that they really don't know and don't care about. This is really pathetic.

My husband asked you to post????? Please Just shows what you and your "source" know. I will not let you or anyone else on this forum intimidate me. So get over whatever problem you think it is that you have with me. You don't like me, fine don't post responses to me or threads involving me. That's simple.

Sam, thank you. I am sorry that you have a select few people bringing the forum down. I have tried to not air any personal issues publicly out of respect for forum members that really don't care to hear it, I see that others do not have that same respect.

Guy's i want all this to stop. put eachother on your ignore list please. This is just crazy.
Ill explain how the ignore feature works. You place said person on it and you will not see any post they started, and in other threads you will not see any post they made, but you will be able to read the rest of the post. This sounds like a good time to try it, for the parties involved.
I am closing this thread now because it has lost its true intent of celebrating someones b-day.

Well, this is not exactly what I thought I'd be reading in a Birthday thread. JrFan4ever, you are definitely out of line. And, that disturbs me a great deal.

I happen to be one of the "forum" folks that was able to meet Guido, when he made the trip to Texas back in April. It was a trip!

As for what this thread is intended to do..............................I would like to offer a Birthday wish for you, Dee. Hope you have a great day! Happy Birthday!

I can't bake worth a *hi* and everyone knows it!! And besides, you hate those low carb things all the food folks are coming out with!!

And, Dee, yes we did meet Guido a month or so ago............and yes he is one very nice man!! I got pictures of him and Cutie next to his transporter!! Even a couple of the show car inside it!!

Happy belated birthday..........but Cutie has to bake the cake!! :XXROFL:
