Okay, does Kevin have to run the rest of the schedule to be crowned the champ? I say not. Go ahead and give it to him. I could see them doing just that and letting the boy just run the rest of the races without any presure and in the end, he'd more than likely build his lead anyway. I've watched this sport for many years and haven't seen domination like this in a long time. While many may say that this is only the Busch league (hmmm, that's funny), it's not like he's going up against a bunch of rookies. What is it, something like 15 cars that have Cup drivers running the whole season? I'm no big Harvick fan, but he's really showing what he's got this year in the Busch series.

He is obviously dominant in Busch. I'm impressed and he said today that he just may run the whole series in 2007. Good for the ego, I guess.

You would think that Kevin would put a young promising driver in that ride for next year rather than driving it again. I thought the point of his winning a Busch Championship was to secure the Champions provisional, or could he possibly be thinking about going out on his own in Cup in the near future? Maybe this is just precursor to that?

the latter of the two most likely

I guess I'm real slow this morning, but I don't understand what Kevin winning a Busch Championship in an RCR car has to do with his going out on his own in Cup in the future?

If he was going after a past Champions provisional (which again don't make sense to me), I'm wondering why the 2001 Busch Championship he already holds wouldn't work for him?

Oh, and I don't think Kevin has the say in putting a young up and commer into that car, That's strictly RCR's decision to be made.

Yep, Harvick is a good "Busch" driver. :D

Was at last night's race and I'm a huge Harvick fan. Was just glad to be there live to see him win it :D

However, I was about to say, "Wake me up if somebody actually gets within 5 carlengths of Happy Harvick. Busch Series championship is over, done.

He has a serious chance at winning tonight.
