They should've gave the guy an award and sent him on his way. I don't know why this was sent to a grand jury in the first place and the DA should be shamed of himself. This sexual predator got what he deserved. The ones that are behind bars and out in society registering their address did not.
 
The story said that they didn't want to name the father so as to help protect the child's identity, then they seemed to almost draw a road map to finding his identity. They described what the house looked like and how to find out who his father was, including where he went to school and pointing out a classmate's name and age, and how small the graduating class was. Those details added little if anything to the story but probably will cause the family even more issues. Nice job.

As for the actual story, I feel really bad for the little girl and her father. Neither of them will ever be the same. As for the dead guy, he probably did get off easy. He'd have spent years and years in prison, likely getting the same treatment he gave the little girl many times over those years. At least the little girl didn't have to testify at the guy's trial.

No kidding. He got what he and the rest of those sicko's deserve. We don't need to waste tax payers money putting them in jail and trying to rehabilitate them. It can't be done. Like I said, give him a medal and a heroes welcome and be done with it.
