Are you going to the Byrd game? They are GOOD. Keep you eye on #41 he is good, but dirty. He tried to bite a finger off our running back and punched him in the face.
It should be a great game for the Bearcats. Ya'll are looking like the Bearcats of old.

Yeah, my plan is to go. But you know how that is........... It should be a good game. RHS is playing defense like we played when I was there in the early
80's. I still hadn't gotten used to the passing game. Ruston was always a line up and punch you in the mouth and line up and punch you in the mouth again power run offense. No huddles really needed, we were going to run the ball and it was up to you to stop us, most of the time they couldn't. But its good.

Ouachita gave the Rebels a pretty good scare last Friday huh? pretty good game there. Old District 2-5a style!!!

Well, did you go? I told ya they were GOOD. I guess you heard Coach Miles made a stop at Rebel Stadium during the game. He also spoke at the Rebel Lunchion on friday. He stood on the sideline with Will Blackwell. Will is moving up the dept chart since moving to the O line at LSU. He played on defense all 4 years for the Rebs.

I did go and they are good. Ruston could do nothing on offense, defense or special teams. They ran the ball well and defense was fast. I thought Ruston was a better team than they showed against Byrd.

Ya'll get to make the trip to the Lion's Den this week. The Rebels have the week off. The running back at Ouachita will play in the SEC next year. I don't know if he will go to LSU with the Ford kid from Leesville or not. He ran all over W.M. the first half, but got shut down in the 2nd.
