Don't know what they can do about the openings --- those are essential for the safety crews.

But the walls can be made a whole lot SAFER !

my dad says they should go NHRA style and just put a gate there. I say just make the opening be linear instead of having an arc.

I don't understand why safer barriers aren't used on inside walls at certain tracks. What's really weird is they have them on the backstretch inside walls at Bristol, but not on the frontstretch inside walls.
