Last night you mentioned you had been to a gem show and bought the Mrs. a sapphire. Would you by any chance have bought that several years ago in Quartzite, Az? The reason I ask is because about 4 years ago some guy bought his wife a round paperweight. It turned out to be a 150 carot sapphire. Sold at auction for lots of $$$$. Just wondering of Mrs. Buckaroo was the lucky lady.

I usually go to the Quartzite and Tucson shows each year. Where do you go?

Nah, I'm not that lucky. We were in the mountains of NC when I bought that saphire. The Mrs prefers blue saphires to just about everything else. Here's a picture of her wedding rings.

OOOOOH, I like bkue sapphires also. They're my birth stone. If you ever happen to find any laying around, you can send them my way.:ROFLMFAO:

those are gorgeous..............:)

Nascarwoman, are you crazy...if I ever find anything like that laying around and don't give them to the Mrs, I'll be dead in the morning! :) We had these specially made. I had never seen a wedding set with different colors before, but since I've seen a beautiful red set as well. The Mrs favorite color is blue though and wouldn't have it any other way. :)

Just kidding, buckaroo. I know all blue stones found at your place become the property of Mrs. Buckaroo.

But.....you can't blame a girl for trying.:p
