Glad to see you back from vacation. All rested and ready to go, right?

That race might be fun to see, but I'm with you --- standing in a hot parking lot would not be the greatest thing in the world.

Even two weeks wasn't enough time off....no
amount of time ever seems to be...

I see you're getting soaked again in Texas...
we could use lots of that rain here !!!
 
Fiver, soaked is not the word. I'm going down for the 3rd time.

It has been unbelievably wet down here. Can't go out in yard -- you sink to your ankles. Hard to go anywhere in the car because of the flooding of some roads. The water can't go anywhere because the ground can't hold anymore.

The weather people hold out hope that it may be tapering off today, and ending by tomorrow. I sure hope so. I'm having to beat off the mold and mildew with a stick! The frogs are having the time of their lives. The mosquito population will explode next week.

I hear that....me and the mower were crawling
through my backyard last week....grass got pretty
thick after two weeks, and that was without
any rain !!

We got a good soaking Saturday night into Sunday
morning, but we can always use more !!
