How did you like Jr's comments during qualifying? Did you Gordon-nites really cheer when he got the points deduction?

Give me a break, June-bug.One might charitably mention your name in connection with Busch or Newman or Johnson. But can you honestly see yourself on a level with J.Gordon, Martin or Stewart??


Makes me wanna cuss....and I'm not even much of a Jeff fan. Curious as to how you folks took it.
 
I think Jr was really reaching there, and IMO it was totally uncalled for. I felt about the same for Jeff as I did Jr as far as a fan goes, but now Jeff is way up on Jr as far as class goes. IMHO
 
I saw that. A weak attempt at something, not sure what though. <_<
 
I missed that and we loved to have seen it.

Jeff is my favorite driver but I probably would have laughed it off.

Jr is so full so himself that it's sickening.

Just my OPINION though.

Jr. is just ticked off. I think he is really afraid of Jeff and that is his way of blustering his big mouth off!!!! Sounds like he has been takin lessons from Mikey, (Jaws).

Open mouth, insert both foots, Jr. That was certainly uncalled for!!!!!!!
 
Jr said something to the effect " I guess,uh, Jeff Gordon's,uh ,fans liked it( that ,uh, I got, uh, penalized, uh) Just was said in what I intepreted as kind of a condescending manner.
 
Well fergy, who do you think is carrying it on for 5 days?
He made the stupied comment today. I stayed out of the other crap but if wants to continue opening mouth and sounding stupied that's his own doing
 
Dude should really think about drying up a little bit once in a while
 
It funny...all the whining about "Jr this" and "Jr that", and the only time Jr has been brought up and when someone is whining about him. :lol:


Whooper freakin' twinkle, he said something about Jeff. God knows a driver hasn't ever said anything about another driver....

Like Eagle pointed out---even if we are firing the shots, JR is providing the ammunition.

Honestly, I thought it was a little over the edge of him. Not the biggest deal in the world by any means...but still a little disrespectful towards Gordon and his accomplishments.

Me? I would have been thrilled if he had made the remark towards Busch fans...because I really was laughing my (insert Jr. certified expletive here) off. :p

Honestly Bow: Boomhauer on 'king of the hill' is easier for me to understand than Jr. And, dude, you know I speak pretty fluent red-neck.

you must have heard a different interview than I did. I heard nothing disrespectful, as a matter of fact I have caught some (insert Jr. certified expletive here) over that from some of my buddies. :p

Pretty sure it's one of those subjective type deals. Depends on which side of the fence you are on. A division in the Chevy ranks NEVER hurts my feelings though! :cheers:

Yeah, I like it. I just kinda wish I had something that cool. I've had a few SRV avatars and several different Jeff Gordon avatars. But nothing I liked enough to stick with for the long haul.
