Anyway,as a guy who has smoked for twenty years,I think it is an incredible accomplishment.

I quit for two weeks once in the winter of '87.Almost went crazy.It is incredibly hard to quit....trust me if you have never done it.I couldn't do it.

Quitting smoking is the hardest thing I have ever done. Sept. 9, 2001 was the last time I had a smoke. It does get easier as you go.
Majestyx, I think you and I have talked about quiting before. Great job on coming this far. Keep up the great willpower!

Thanks, 97! I was a 22 year smoker myself. I had tried several times before this one to quit without success, except for when I was pregnant with my son + 3mos after he was born. I then returned to my familiar friends. It has been very, shall I say liberating, to rid myself of that "nasty" habit. I do not preach to those who still smoke, but I do feel better, physically since quitting.

Again, thanks! And I'm pushing 7 months smoke free now!
