High Oil Pressure

How ya'll guys doing. I am a racing fanatic and I now race asphalt at my hometown speedway. I was wondering if somebody out there could give me some advice. We recently bored our motor 40 over. Now we have extremely high oil pressure. 95 at about 1500 - 2000 rpm. (idling) we wanted to have about 75 during a race, we havent checked it at any higher rpm or driven it yet because we are worried. Is there any way we can get the oil pressure down? Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks alot.
