70-80% snow tonight

Lap3, sure hope you have the longjohns on. LOL
Sounds like you've got winter up there. ;) Please keep any snow and ice --- Texans can't handle it. :D

It's only in the 60s here, right now. The high tomorrow is supposed to be only in the 40s.

you dang right TRL.

got to go to Physical Therapy as soon as i get done with this post. i think i am going to put on the cemical warfair paints, nice and warn:D

i just hope it snows, if it does i am not going to go to school :)

Temp here is currently 24 degrees, wind chill is moderate at a lovely 16 degrees. Snow has stopped and the sun was out briefly this afternoon. No snow in the forcast here until the weekend. (It figures!:( )

TRL, you'd get used to it after a while. When it gets really bad, we just put on a sweater and add a drop of Jack Daniels to our hot chocolate. :D

Well, it's a wet and rainy 50 degrees, here. Supposed to get below freezing tonite, and if the streets don't dry up, then there will most likely be a big mess in the a.m. with the bridges and overpasses freezing over. They'll have to get the sand trucks out.

majestyx, it's rained here all afternoon. Thank goodness it's not supposed to freeze down here.

There would be absolute mayhem on the roads tomorrow if all this wet turned to ice.

at least around the metroplex area they have started to mix salt into the sand so it doesn't make such huge mess. I still hate the ice, and I usually do not go out at all when it gets icy. I could drive in the snow when I lived in Nashville, but Texans have NO clue about ice. Especially black ice. (ice with no glare from the light - you cannot see it)

Got chilly here last night........45. Pleasant today though...........70.:)

In PA it was 12 degrees F, with wind it felt like 6. Tonight might reach around 0. Way, way too cold.

It is not cold RPM, there is just an absence of heat.

Imagine if you were on Pluto right now, you'd be thinking you'd rather be on Earth cause it would be so warm.

57 degrees at 4:00 in the afternoon, I had to sleep with 2 extra blankets on my bed last night:)

16 degrees right now, with a low of 6. I find it really funny when people complain about 40s and 50s. 16 isn't even heavy jacket weather as far as I'm concerned. Now when it gets 20-60 below, thats freakin cold!!

Well, it has yet to get really cold here, but they are calling for it, the temp, to drop and we're supposed to get some mighty bad weather. They're talking mostly ice for tomorrow night on into Thursday. They've been wrong before, so I hope this is one of those times. I'm sure they will cancel schools tomorrow early if not altogether and continue on into Thursday. Doesn't matter if the weather comes or not, just the threat is enough to close the schools.:cookoo:

Ciggie, cold is defined as the absense of heat. Therefore cold exists in the terms of what we have defined it to be.

In relationship to Pluto, it is rather warm outside. The -500 degrees F on Pluto's surface would freeze-dry you instantly, so I guess that's on reason why I can be happy that it's just about 0 degrees here in PA.

That's an interesting thought. What would a freeze-dried rpm look like? Hmmmm, curious minds want to know.:)

why would you want to freeze dry rpm???

Howabout we plunk buckaroo in the sun. :) j/k

OOOOh. I'm basking on the sun now! I guess that's what I would prefer. Whew...is it me, or is it getting hot in here?

:)

IMO to damn cold!! High today was 27. No idea what the windchill was but it was a strong wind
