How did the Big One start?

I didn't get the chance to see the race, but I saw that the Big One happened, I was just wonderin' how it started and who started it?
 
Johnny Sauter cut down a rear tire in turn 4, which caused him to lose control and spin down towards the apron. The 38 car was right behind him, and he checked up, but Vickers either didn't see Sauter or couldn't slow down in time, and tagged the 38, spinning him. Sauter and the 38 both slid back across into traffic, and the rest is history.

It was actually Lyndon Amick that was behind Sauter that got spun not Khane, but he wa sin the wreck
