How do you get the picture by your name?

Just wondering how you get the cool pictures by your name? Can anyone help and where do I get them?

Click the "User Control Panel" button up top then click "Edit Options".

You'll see a button down at the bottom to change your avatar.

You can even get your avatar resized if you have something saved in your 'puter that you would like to use..Paul and others know how to do this.
