How good is Savoie?

Three-time NHRA Pro Bike champion Angelle Savoie didn't have a ride one month ago before getting an offer to team up with Pro Biker Antron Brown. Without a single test session, Savoie guided the new ride to victory last weekend in the Gatornationals.

I don't know enough about the drag bikes to really get into it, but on the surface this sounds pretty impressive. Kinda unfair that this gets so little coverage.

She can be a little slow on the tree, but she can ride the bike. I always think back to a race at MRP in the mid 90s when her bike kicked full sideways in the right lane at about 1000ft (there's a dip there, or was). I thought for sure she was going down, instead she straightened it out and won. I've been a fan ever since.
