I closed the last account I had, yesterday. So I posted on facebook "If anybody knows anyone that's needing a website or computer work, let me know. I need to cram some more projects in before the fall semester starts!"

About 15 minutes later I get a call from a place that I did a website recovery on my senior year of highschool.

While starting their proof, I get an email around 1AM from a drag racer in Alabama that got had on a $13,000 scam from www.amiw.com. Still working, around 2AM I get another one coming in.

In under 24 hours, I went from no accounts, to 3.

be careful what you wish for, much?

I went to bed for a nap at 8:30AM, woke up on my alarm at 11:00, back to business. Last time I did this (all of 3 weeks ago), I shorted myself about 14 hours of sleep in the duration of a week.

You're young in 50-60 years you'll forget all about those 14 hours of sleep you lost. :)

Even sooner if you become self employed with a wife, kids and house. Then you'll be lucky to get 14 hours of sleep in a week. Especially in the beginning. BTDT along with many, many others.:beerbang:

I'll tell you something my dad taught me. You have to set aside time every week to solicit new accounts. To stay in business you have to solicit for new accounts all the time.
