Hey Fantasy NASCAR fans! Wanna know how these changes will affect our fantasy league? I may not have all answers yet, but ask any questions!

Our points system last year will remain the same. We will have additional points, or "bonus" points, but I'll hesitate to use that word, for how your predictions does in the segments. The specific numbers will come once I work things out, but it will reflect how the drivers receive their segment points in some way.

Don't you still get the drivers total points? How he gets them shouldn't matter.

Hey, what system, site, or software do y'all use?

I primarily use Microsoft Excel to calculate our players' points.

Our points system is not based on driver's points because our league provides scoring based on the Top-10 predictions of our players.

I figure Yahoo is scrambling to figure out a system for the fantasy league.

This league is not affiliated with Yahoo. It is independently run on blogs and forums through racing-reference.info, racing-forums.com, and on social media.

Ew. I may get that desperate. I'm waiting to see if the service we use (Real Time Fantasy) will be adapt to the new points season before Daytona. If not, I'll probably continue to use them but manually adjust for the stage scores.

I should again clarify for everyone that this thread was originally posted for the racing-reference fantasy NASCAR league that was introduced into racing-forums for the 2016 season. All are welcome, in the next week there will be a new thread explaining how to join and how to play in 2017.
