Bucky Badger

Looking for a hunting forum to discuss cameras and food plots. Anyone got some?
What do you do, shoot carrots with your digital camera?
Don't have a clue as to the food plots (is it anything like a garden?) but I saw some cameras I liked. First of all, I wouldn't own a camera without a viewfinder (trying to get a picture looking at the viewing screen just doesn't cut it for me) and those are getting kind of hard to find in a reasonably priced camera.HAHAHAHAH...I'm looking for the best bang for the buck trail cam...and looking for a cheap place to get seed fo a food plot

If you can find a refurbished Canon A540, I'd jump of it. It's a powerful little piece and I love mind. If you can;'t find one, try the:
(a) Fujifilm S1500 - I've read some good reviews on this one
(b) Olympus D390 - It looks kind of funky but it has all the features
(c) Canon SD1200 - A little bit costlier than the first two (around $175-$200) But I know it has the quality
I saw a little GE camera last week with looked rugged and had all the features (X15?) and it was priced right (around $140) but I've never had any luck with anything with a GE label, but that's just me.
Good luck.
I admit it, I don't have a clue. This thing is obviously way above my pay grade, so I'll bow out. Sorry for the mis-information.Um Trail Cams
JG, a trail cam is a motion activated camera that takes pictures of wildlife when noone is around. Game hunters use them around their feeders and/or food plots to see what size game is coming around the food.
