It's been a over a week now and my fingers are still sore from my fall on the sidewalk. Here is my knee, some of the colors don't show on camera. Pardon the stuff in the pic.

Yes, it does, lisa. That's a good looking bruise. Hope you really applied the ice.

At any given time I have bruises/cuts, etc. on my hands and my legs. How they got there --- I don't know, for the most part.
 
and it hurts like the dickens, TRL. Even my pants rubbing against it hurts. I didn't use as much ice as I was supposed to.

I'm sorry you get bruises and cuts. :(

I know what you mean about clothing rubbing the sore spot ---
It's a wonder my arms and legs aren't cut to ribbons from the fallen tree limbs I pick up --- and it's the tiny little ends of the dead
limbs that do the damage. I've finally learned that, no matter how hot, I have to wear jeans and a long-sleeve jeans shirt to
work picking up the fallen limbs. Gloves are a must, also.
