I believe this violates the health code

Oh Deer! Well just douse enough pepper on it and it will taste like the rest of the Buffet.
 
They didn't know that what they were doing was wrong? Hopefully they've stopped short of putting actual Chinese in the "Chinese" food.

Where I live, health dept. inspections of restaurants are made public.
