I called the realtor today

I'm no longer talking to my sister, who is executor of moms estate.
I wanted to know if there was any interest in moms house.

I guess someone is working towards a contract on it. Now, I know this process is drawn out but there is a glimmer.

I'm Soooo happy.

I am mostly looking forward to selling moms house and moving forward. She's been gone 15 months now.

A small part of me is sad. That is the only family home I've ever lived in.

That's natural Lisa but there's a whole new world out there...go see what it has to offer.

We should all be ready to try new things and step outside our comfort zone.

I know you're right, I just miss mom. :(

I called the attorney today and got the skinny.

The house IS already under contract. It has been since before early June. There is a tentative closure day of July the 14th. The attorney said, so far, the process if moving pretty fast.

I also know, the process is tricky but so far, so good.
