I have a good feeling about the racing ahead.

We have a bunch of frustrated and hungry drivers this year. Jeff Gordon getting torpedoed week after week. Jr running good and mashing his way through the field. Newman saying the hell with being a gentleman and just racing whoever is next to him. Johnson getting so close to that 200th HMS win and coming away empty handed. Denny and Tony trying hard to prove who has the better crew chief. Kyle Busch getting no media attention, not even in the minors. New contenders like Kez, AJ, Truex and even Bowyer trying hard to establish themselves as regular winners.

Put all this on tracks like Richmond, Talladega, Darlington and Charolette for the allstar race, and things could get raw real fast. Throw in a high profile rookie named Danica at Darlington and the Coke 600, and there should be plenty of drama to keep me happy.

I think it's fun. MoeJoe is a HUGE Johnson fan (that sounds bad ), so I give him a hard time about it. I assured him that it's been decided that Jr, and only Jr, will be allowed to get that 200th win for HMS. It could be a long wait......

There should be some great racing the next couple weeks....as far as Jeff's concerned, I just don't know. He's gonna have to take some chances like he used to and make stuff happen instead of taking what's there. Not to mention try to find some good luck cause he ain't having any this year so far.
