when and where was jeff's 1st pole

how many bucsh victorys did he have and who did he beat out for rookie of the year in busch?
 
I think Jeff's first pole was at Daytona in 94 or Charlotte
He had about 9 or 10 busch victorys and I ain't got no clue on who he beat out might of been Mark or Jeff
 
Jeff ran 30 races in BGN in 1991 and captured ROTY honors. I do not who finished second in ROTY.

His first BGN pole was that year at Orange County Speedway in June.

He ended the year with 5 top 5's; 10 top 10's and the one pole.

Total career Jeff has run 75 BGN races with 5 wins and 12 poles.
 
IF you don't need total accuracy, I'm fairly sure David Green was runner up in the ROTY race that year. But I can't find a confirmation of that yet.
 
Sorry, my man Bobby beat him out for the Busch Championship in 1991!

He beat Bobby for ROTY in 93 though....Bobby came in 2nd (for Cup)
 
David Green was indeed the 1991 BGN ROTY runner-up.
