So last night I got thinking about Denny Hamlin & Joey Logano feud that started before Fotana. I also thought about what Hamlin said about Joey not thinking about his safety and about his family before wrecking him.

Honestly, IMHO it's not Joey's job to be thinking about Hamlin's family or his safety. That is the job of NASCAR and Hamlin's. NASCAR job is to make sure the track is safe and that the car is safe as well as any safety equipment. Hamlin's job is to make sure he can run a clean race while still racing hard.

Hamlin knows the risk of racing, and he accepts them every time he climbs into his car. I'm sure he talked about it many times with his wife and kids and in some way they accept the risk as well.

So I think it's very poor sport for Hamlin to blame his recent back injury on Logano when it's an inherent risk to any kind of motor sports.
 
I'm sure you'll upset some members by resurrecting this but that's life ;)

IMO, the wreck that caused Hamln's injury was 50/50 between him and Logano. Hamlin has to accept responsibility for his own well being in those situations.

Surely you jest, upset members on the RFs?? Hell the usual suspects, at least the ones that type english instead of gibberish so that you can read it, get upset over the sun coming up or going down or if we have a race or dont have a race or its too boring or too many wrecks, hell a hangnail is a major catastrophe on here. :p

My take is to post away if it's within the rules as how others feel about it is out of my control.
 
Hamlin is a whiny little girl. I think his newborn daughter has more balls than he does. Why would Joey worry about Denny's health coming out of turn 4 for the lead on the final lap? LOL


And now he's all :eviltongu from the pit box tweeting what might as well say "I'm a bitter poor sport, can someone please feel sorry for me?"

The best thing Joey could have done was what he did; not responding to him at all.
 
The way I see it, the wreck happened like this -- Logano and Hamlin were beating and banging, Busch came along, tried to pass them on the high side, Logano tried to move high to block, but tagged Hamlin instead, Hamlin got loose and could have saved it but instead chose to gas it into Logano which backfired as that caused him to hit the inside wall.

The way I see it is it was 75% Hamlin's fault, 25% Logano -- Hamlin started the whole damn feud and also was the one who wrecked Logano, but Logano escalated it. Hamlin should stop crying like a whiny bitch, though -- he's just making me hate him more and more.

Damn it's a small world... last night while you were thinking about what happened right before Fontana, I was actually sitting in Fontana thinking about the nice big juicy steak I was about to cut into.:)
