Hello.

Perhaps some of you are wondering who the... ahem, heck I am.

Or not.

Well, wonder no more. I'm just a race fan who was seeking a racing forum to join and become a part of and, well, talk racing. I wasn't referred to this site by anyone. I simply typed in "Nascar forums", and lo and behold, this forum popped out on the front page. So here I am.

I considered joining the NASCAR.com community, but I didn't like their setup and format. And there are a lot of people there already. That's not always a good thing. I've been on other forums before, but this is the first ever racing related one I've ever been a part of.

I have no outside agenda. I just love racing. I suppose you'll learn more about me with each succeeding post, so I won't bore you with any more details.

I would like to continue to post threads here to spark interesting talk, if that's ok with you. I like that this is a small community, but I see potential for growth. But as the saying goes, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

I'm not here to "fix" anything. Just to talk racin'. I hope I don't overstay my welcome. I like it here.

welcome aboard nascage. :) glad you like it here. this is a good forum to talk about racing, other sports and whatever comes to mind in general.
 
Welcome Aboard. Alot of us have been here for along time. One of the better NASCAR boards I joined, only one I've stuck with.

For the record, I've never had a Pina Colada. And rain in Phoenix is about as rare as a stylish mullet.

Been here for awhile, cool place, we tend to get a little testy in the Podium section, but other than that we usually play nice....welcome!:beerbang:

Head down to the Caribbean. I'll guarantee you that you'll love a Pina Colada and if you are in an all inclusive resort, all drinks and food are included. Find you a spot on the beach, grab a Pina Colada and watch the girls go by...many of them topless. Oh those days. I'm still trying to talk the wife into going back.
 
I find that forums with fewer members are often better. Not saying one or two members but ones like this where you actually get to know people instead of seeing 50 posts by people you hadn't seen before.
