Well i had a lot of fun tonight, since the class i was running dont quilf. i pill drawed and i drew the poll for the heat! B) I was able to hold on and get a 3ed place finish in the heat. i was less then a straght away from the leader! (the track in a high banked 3/8) so that put me in line for a good spot for the feature. But sadly there was a bad wreck before we could race. a pure stock fliped and they had to cut both doors, and the roof off. So the officals called it a night. so for my 1st race i got 3ed. I was driving a 4cly car.

Before i got in line for the feature, this girl came up to me and asked for my autograph! "can you sing this shirt for my daddy?" B) :lol: Singed it: Major Nick #1A (would of done #53 but i was driving the 1a car, the funny thing is i was dont straped down in my car when she asked me, and she said "we are big fans".....i dont got me some fans and i just ran hot laps and a heat race!! lol
 
awesome, let me know when you are in the area and I'll come check it out...congrats on the 3rd place finish...and the fans!
 
Good racing Lappy. I know that you'd have at least finished 3rd or better in the main. :) One of these days I'll be able to say... I knew Nick when he was but a snot nosed kid and look at him now. :) Git r done son.

See, I thought maybe she handed you some sheet music to sing. Something really hard, like the Star Spangled Banner.
But, now you tell us she wanted you to sign a shirt.
Here I was thinking that maybe you had a great singing voice as well as being able to race. :D

Thanks guys, i had a LOT of fun, i think if i got to run the feature i could of got up there and went for the lead since i know what was slowing me down in the heat race, but a 3nd for a 1st race is good, cause now i got something to look forward to! :D

BTW, im putting the pure stock on hold and im building a 4 cly. (so i can learn how to race better)
