Idea for Fines

In reference to all the fines that have been going on, here's a system that may work to make the numbers more realistic. It would all depend on the amount of time between the wreck/incident and the "use of foul language".
While in car - Free
Before getting in ambulance - 500
Immediately after leaving the care center - 2000
Still During the race 2500
after race 5000
months later (when they should have cooled off) 25000
Also, any time Kurt Busch opens his mouth, there should be a mandatory fine of some sort...just an idea my dad had.
 
What has Kurt Busch ever done to you or your dad, or is your last name Spencer?
 
Actually, when my dad was a young, a cruel Kurt Busch taunted him at the local skating rink. It's a decades old pain that we don't like to revisit.
