Nope. Seems to be the case for a lot of the media no matter the sport.
 
I understand why Tony and Haas doesnt want to reveal the details of the contingency plan.

It was a wise thought out manuscript on how to pick up the pieces. While a replacement driver is the last option, buisness leaders and CEOs have to make the tough choices when needed.
You have to get good study realiable competent skills rather than taking the most popular alternatives.
Again Tony and Haas will not reveal that option unless they have too. The public just doesnt have the abilities to think rationally on such matters.

You want someone that knows how to step in, adapt and be able to do all things well. This means they have to be a badass that instanly captures the respect of the crew. The driver is the front man running the show. Tony should be able to set aside emotional ties and make a choice that is for the greater good of all.
And the solution is right under their noses.

Patricia Driscoll is the person that needs to be in that car if Kurt has to miss any events.

A special op that understands guerrilla warfare tactics means Sprint Cup racing inexperience is no problem. While it should be obvious I will remind the unlearnt of John Rambo who used the same types of skills to get our MIAs back from Vietnam. He went in there and RPG'd they ass. Then he not only took the Soviet helicopter away from them barehanded he outdrove the Soviets chasing them, inspite their superior Horsepower and Chassis.

Patricia Driscoll can do that kind of stuff, and a Sprint Car will be no problem to her either. She will not be intimidated either, She could stare down William Munny at the big Whiskey saloon. She will make the other drivers wet their pants in the drivers meeting.

No doubt Nascar has a legal team sorting out a policy, and I dont blame them.

It is to bad they can't do a better job. Consider I haven't been able to get any coverage of what is going on at Daytona except through the written word.

The great thing is Curling is on this weekend. Nothing like listening to women yell " Hurry, hard harder".
It really gets them sweeping.

I've been wondering how a restraining order would work out at the tracks most especially the short tracks. o_O
 
Kurt's wandering through the garage and her kid comes from around a corner and runs up to him. Does that somehow open a can of worms for Kurt?
If, IF, she gets a restraining order can that affect his employment if she attends each race?
