If you have $6.8 million lying around

large master bathroom with built-in microwave, dishwasher and fridge.

You could heat up a pop tart while doing your morning duties. WOW!

That's a massive house, especially considering how often crew chiefs are away from home travelling around the country.

yeah that thing is huge. he probably found that out $$$. Trying to make a killing on the resale though 6.8. bought it in 07 for 1.175

I guess the house cost so much money, Greg didn't have enough left over to finish the fence.

That's a nearly $7million dollar home? Must be the neighborhood it's in by the lake, probably the same area where all the other NASCAR guys live, "By The Lake". I've seen homes in South Carolina where i'm from that were about that size for half a million. Good-luck to Zippy anyways, i'm sure some diehard Stewart fan will want the house so they can possibly sit where Tony sat once when he & Zippy were probably havin a few drinks & discussin what they need to do to finally win the Daytona 500...

I think Zippy is reaching a bit on the price. The ad says 'stunning views of lake Norman', so I doubt it's even water front property. 13,000 sq feet hardly qualifies as a mansion, but it is a damn nice home.

I wouldn't even know how to live in a house like that. And getting used to $5000 per month for utilities would be difficult. haha

6.8 million and only a 2 car garage? Pass. Its just a touch out of my price range anyway.

Lake Norman has turned into a very over-priced and uppity area.
