I've had decreasingly well service today just kinda capped it off. lazy money (and %) hungry guys that may or may not always know what they are dealing with and want the most money for the least labor. I pretty much got a GTFO today from a firestone employee.I've been going to Firestone for years now. No problems

There's a 1-800-GET IT FREE number somewhere. I know, because when I worked there, people called it all the time and got all kinds of money back and sometimes future work done for free.
A lot of mechanics are dishonest and will sell you things that you do not need.

Filed a formal complaint. Was told to meet up with a manager at a third location, and bring a torque wrench, couple factory service manual pages, and a service history list on my truck....

You know it's serious when they tell you to bring your own torque wrench ... I guess they don't have one of their own.
They don't believe what I have to say about stuff coming loose...and I dont believe they are doing their job!
