Shoot, my wife complains if I put a pinch of red chili peppers in any dish.

I would pass on the Volcano Dust. Does anyone have any good salsa recipes for canning? I have one I fix fresh with homemade tortilla chips, but do not like it canned. It was the first and last time I have canned salsa
