If you want something to get mad about

agreed. Tie them to a light pole with a choker collar, don't feed them, and dangle a hamburger just out of their reach 3 times a day to yank their chain.

I beg to differ. Everyone needs to read that, and realize just how low, and inhuman some folk are. Remember when folks start chanting about how everyone has the right to do this, that and the other .... for every inch you give, there's someone adding inches together to make their mile.

one of our neighbors keeps their dog on a 6 foot cable to a pole.

The dog has actually dug into the ground trying to dig the pole out of the ground..hasn't suceeded yet.

I was eating my lunch when I read this post, kind of lost my appetite now. I am an animal lover, in fact I am still grieving the loss of my Husky/Wolf mix I had to put down last September, he had leukemia, hardest thing I had to do ever, still can't think about it. When I saw that pic a lot of emotions came to mind, one being the pain that animal went through, how scared she must have been....sickening. The owner should do a subtantial amount of time behind bars.

Sick, sick, sick, sorry excuse for a human being who would do such a thing.

My girlfriend had to have her dog put down today. It has attaked her twice over a short peirod of time. Sent her to the ER a few nights ago. She has been heart broken all day.
