I finally made it to senior member--sure took awhile but guess better late than never! Now I know how most of you fine older folks feel on here! Mu back is already hurting and I need my feet rubbed! Any advice on keeping the aches and pains away? But I think I still have it

Dee I have that man, but he's already in bed--I watch wrestling on Mondays and he can't stand that.
