Hate to say it, but you should see how parcels are handled in the PO. I can say though that at least in our office, something like a flat panel TV would be handled quite differently. I will not defend what that carrier did, but I do know that there are times when certain people will do this sort of thing for spite. This guy obviously couldn't go to the front door, or at least it appears so. Possibly the fenced in yard has a reason. Ever want to go into a fenced in yard that has a mean German Shepard? Again, that is not a reason to treat the delivery like that. A notice should have been left, but that would mean that the carrier would have had to fill one out. Oh my, that means more time. As I said, I don't condone what the guy did and he deserves what he gets, but I can understand some of the reasons he did it. None of which are good reasons.
