Kat (and all) I've heard about this several times. Here's an article explaining the whole fiasco. It really isn't anything to be freaked out about. Just check out the site. Actually, I've also heard that any notice like this might have a phone number or web address that works like those "phishing" e mails that they send out. So, just be careful out there.
