I don't think UPS is gonna jump ship..although after seeing what Riggs did, it certainly isn't impossible..It'd save UPS a lot of advertising money. But the RYR revolving door is still spinning, but nobody seems to know why. Maybe the cream of the crop has been picked, and there's nobody left between petty and hendrick. Heck, even Rousch is doing personnel changes, and you know something aint good when that happens.

I don't know what's going on in the racing community any more. I don't remember it being this unsettled when Dodge came on the scene. Could it be that Toyota has everyone running around screaming the sky is falling, when there is no reason?

Or, as you say, could it be the cream has all been scraped off the top?

With the publicity that Toyota is going to bring to the sport along with Michael Waltrip's famous ability to promote his sponsors I'd hope UPS would go with DJ. If not for that do it for the fact that I just spent $150 on UPS/DJ bedding for my 4 year olds bed a few months ago.

RYR is not very good right now that is pretty much why DJ jumped ship. That is why when it ws rumored that Mears would go to RYR it was just that a rumor. I think now, Mears is being considered for the Red Bull team, which IMO , would be a good move for him. At this juncture Toyota would be better for his racing future. Also when RYR and Roush did their merger thing with the engines, it seemed that RYR fell off dramaticaly, could be just coincedence, but i think there is something behind it, Yates is really playing second fiddle to Jack right now.
